NONE of the three people arrested on suspicion of assaulting a man in Spalding two months ago will be taken to court.
Police sealed off part of London Road and mounted a scene guard for much of the day on Friday, May 18 when a 24-year-old man sustained a head injury at about 2.25am. He went to hospital and was released the same day.
Police arrested two men, aged 25 and 30, and a 25-year-old woman on suspicion of assault and bailed them until last Thursday. The Crown Prosecution Service has decided not to prosecute any of the arrested people.
