A MAN ejected from a Spalding pub for ‘pinching women’s backsides’ found himself in trouble with the police outside, magistrates heard.
Piotr Roszkowski (30), of Bourne Road, Spalding, was shouting loudly after being asked to leave the Punchbowl.
Prosecutor Daniel Paulson said Sgt Gareth Boxall asked Roszkowski to calm down but he continued shouting and claimed pub staff were racist because he was Polish.
Roszkowski was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and admitted the offence in court. He was fined £235 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £15 victim surcharge. Roszkowski denied pinching anyone but was told by the magistrates’ legal advisor he was charged for his actions outside the pub, not inside.
