LONG Sutton man John Garrett (44) appeared in court accused of making nearly 100 indecent images of children, including five movies.
Indecent images of children are placed in legal categories from one to five – level five being the most serious.
Garrett, of London Road, is accused of making three indecent ‘moving photographs’ of a child classed at level four, making two still and two moving photographs of a child classed at level two and of making 90 indecent photographs of a child classed at level one.
The offences date from September 2009 to August 2010.
Spalding magistrates decided Garrett should be tried at Lincoln Crown Court.
The case was adjourned to September 8 for committal papers to be prepared and Garrett had his conditional bail extended to that date.
