A SPALDING man pleaded not guilty to five charges involving making or possessing indecent images of children.
David Hoare (45), of Queens Road, elected trial at Lincoln Crown Court when he appeared before Spalding magistrates on Thursday.
He is accused of three offences of making an indecent photograph of a child, one of possessing six indecent photographs of children stored on a computer tower and one of possessing three indecent images of children stored on a mobile phone.
The charges relate to the period between December 1 and December 23 last year.
Magistrates extended Hoare’s conditional bail to November 3 when a crown court committal will be held.
