A woman awaiting sentence for making a hoax 999 call and criminally damaging a window belonging to her former partner denied breaching a non-contact bail condition.

Teresa Lee (26), of Stennet Avenue, Spalding, appeared in custody before magistrates at Boston on Thursday following her arrest on New Year’s Day.

After hearing evidence from the witness box, in which Lee denied making mobile phone calls to Trevor Carter, magistrates decided there had been no breach of bail and she was released on the same bail conditions, non-contact with Mr Carter and not to enter Spalding’s Thames Road or Queens Road. She is due to be sentenced on January 20.
