A landowner’s car was damaged during a suspected hare coursing attack in the Long Sutton area on Monday, December 7.

Police believe the car was rammed by another vehicle during the afternoon and they are trying to trace a silver Vauxhall Frontera, registration number NU52 VHL.

Anyone who has seen it should call PC Paul Freeman at Spalding Police Station on 101, quoting incident number 258 of December 7.

It follows reports of hare coursers in Sutton St Edmund and Sutton St James last Thursday when a dark-coloured 4x4, possibly a Mitsubishi Shogun, was seen in both areas.

If anyone has seen them, please call police on 101, quoting incident 54 of December 3.
