A MAN with a drink problem was warned he would end up drinking cider from a bottle inside a brown paper bag when he appeared before District Judge Richard Blake.
Anthony Fuller (35), of Delgate Avenue, Weston, was arrested by police when he was drunk and repeatedly swore at officers in Spalding on July 23.
Fuller admitted being drunk and disorderly on that day – and, by doing so, breaching a conditional discharge imposed for a similar offence.
He was fined £75 for the offence, £75 for the breach and ordered to pay £35 costs with a £15 victim surcharge.
Mr Blake urged Fuller to seek help with his drink problem.
He said: “You are going to end up with a bottle of cider in a brown paper bag.
“You need to sort this out otherwise it is going to destroy your life.”
