UPDATE: Reports of assault and robbery in Bourne

Police have issued descriptions of the two men involved in an alleged robbery in Bourne.

One is said to be white, aged 30, about 6ft 3ins tall, well built and wearing a cream or white hoody.

The other is in his 20s, 5ft 8ins tall, slim to medium build and wearing a black jacket with hood.

Christopher’s Lane was taped off by officers this morning (Tuesday) after a 32-year-old man called to say he had been robbed and assaulted at 10pm last night.

During the alleged attack, the victim said he was kicked but not seriously hurt. However, he said his iPhone, cash and tobacco was stolen.
