Solo sex man losing sight

A man who wore stockings over his head to commit a solo sex act in public has been re-sentenced because he is losing his sight and unable to safely carry out unpaid work.

Rafal Ciesielski (36), of Westlode Street, Spalding, will now serve a 7pm-7am ten-week curfew.

Spalding magistrates heard on Thursday he had completed seven-and-a-half hours of a 130 hour unpaid work order. He committed the sex act on Westlode Street car park on August 12 and was spotted by police.
