Arrest warrant

MAGISTRATES issued an arrest warrant without bail for former Weston Hills man Alan Howarth when he failed to attend court in Spalding on a charge of sexually touching a girl aged 11.

Howarth (27), formerly of St John’s Road, is now living in Rotherham. The court heard on Thursday morning that the charge arises from an alleged incident in May 2010.
