Accused of owning a weapon

A teenager charged with a firearms offence after an incident in Sutton Bridge appeared at Lincoln Crown Court by video-link on Tuesday.

Shane Aden Kelk (18), of Prince Street, Sutton Bridge, is charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

It is related to an alleged incident in Withington Street, Sutton Bridge, on Sunday, January 20.

Kelk spoke only to confirm his name during the five minute hearing.

No plea was entered and there was no application for bail.

Judge Sean Morris remanded Kelk back into custody.

He will next appear at Lincoln Crown Court on February 7.
