The following decisions have been made by magistrates at court hearings. In all drink-drive cases the legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, 80 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood or 107 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Addresses of defendants published here are taken from the legal records held by the magistrates’ courts. V/S means victim surcharge.

Kyle Hurst (19), of Royal Close, Sutton Bridge. Criminal damage (Sutton Bridge). £120 fine, £300 compensation, £20 v/s, £85 costs.

Christopher Baggaley (36), of Bridge Road, Sutton Bridge. Stole Nicorette items worth £147 belonging to Boots (Spalding). Community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, £147 compensation, £150 costs. No action taken on breach of conditional discharge.

Levi Twinley (43), of Roper’s Gate, Gedney. Failed to give driver ID (Nettleham). £660 fine, £66 v/s, £250 costs, 6pts.

Kirsty Teft (42), of Winter Way, Wyberton. Assault (Boston). £150 fine, £20 v/s, £100 costs.

February 3

Mareellah Carpouron (49), of St Laurence Close, Surfleet. Drink driving (Quadring). £120 fine, £20 v/s, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Martins Kaups (27), of Sherbourne Close, Swineshead. Drink driving (Boston). £120 fine, £20 v/s, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months. No separate penalty for no insurance.

Geno Ridley (35), of Musicians Mews, High Street, Kirton. Stole two televisions worth £418 belonging to Tesco (Boston). 6 months conditional discharge, £418 compensation.

Joao Santos (18), of Porthouse Drive, Pinchbeck. Possession of cannabis and possession of a knife in a public place (Spalding). Community order with 80 hours unpaid work, £60 v/s, £840 costs, cannabis and knife to forfeited and destroyed.

Ben Sharman (27), of Corinne Grove, Spalding. Failed to provide a specimen of blood (Boston). £300 fine, £30 v/s, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Tomasz Biszczak (31), of Winsover Road, Spalding. Assault (Spalding). 18 months conditional discharge, £15 v/s, £85 costs.

Christopher Mills (56), c/o Viney Close, Heathfield, Peterborough. Sentenced to a total of 18 weeks prison. Magistrates activated a suspended eight week prison sentence for criminally damaging property (Sutterton) after hearing he committed a further offence, gave him six weeks prison consecutive to that for breach of a restraining order (Boston) and activated three further suspended sentences to run concurrently.

Peter Folland (39), of Carrington View, Tongue End. Drink driving (Pinchbeck). £120 fine, £20 v/s, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

January 18

Patrick Rayment (50), of Barnberry Way, Kirkby Underwood. Drink driving (Bourne). 18 weeks prison sentence suspended for 12 months, to participate in drink impaired drivers programme and rehabilitation activity requirement, £80 v/s, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Robert Burns (27), of Kestrel Drive, Bourne. Failed to stop after an accident (Bourne). £500 fine, £50 v/s, £85 costs. Failed to give specimen of breath. No separate penalty, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Tammy Brown (39), of Swift Close, Deeping St James. Assault (Deeping St James). Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, 100 hours unpaid work, £60 v/s, £85 costs.

Benjamin Swales (24), of Wellington Way, Market Deeping. Made a telephone call to police with communicated false information for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety (Colsterworth). Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, 40 hours unpaid work, £60 v/s £85 costs.
