COMEDIANS Jed Stone, Johnny Katz and Roy ‘Chubby’ Brown were on the bill at the Castle Sports Complex, Spalding, on Saturday night.

Solar energy company Sunseeker UK, of the Wardentree Business Park, Pinchbeck, put on the night to raise money for the leading children’s charity, the NSPCC.

Sunseeker director Matt Woodcock said: “It was a really enjoyable night and we had about 250 people. I don’t think we could have been more pleased with it.”

Guests enjoyed a meal and casino games as well as gags from the comedians.

Mr Woodcock said costs are still being worked out but he believes the company will give about £2,000 to the NSPCC.
