Girls across south Lincolnshire are preparing themselves for the night of a lifetime following the announcement that one quarter of the country’s hottest boy band, JLS, is coming to Spalding next month.

Marvin Humes has confirmed that he will be appearing at Loaded nightclub and lounge, in Westlode Street, on Saturday, November 17.

Marvin (27) will perform an exclusive DJ set with nightclub goers getting the chance to meet him on the night.

Dave Charlesworth, general manager of Loaded nightclub, said: “We are delighted to have Marvin join us.

“He is by far the most recognisable figure to grace the stage at Loaded.

“With JLS being a phenomena at the moment, it is crazy to think that he has just appeared on The X Factor in front of millions of people and then weeks later playing to a fun loving crowd in Spalding.”

The club, which usually closes at 3am, will remain open until 5am to accommodate the number of fans anticipated to attend.

JLS shot to fame when they came second to Alexandra Burke on The X Factor in 2008.

They have gone on to release four albums and have toured the country, selling out venues nationwide.

Marvin came under the media spotlight earlier this year when he married Rochelle Wiseman, of girl band The Saturdays.

It’s unusual to see him without his JLS bandmates Aston Merrygold, who was born in Peterborough, JB Gill and Oritsé Williams.

Both VIP tickets and standard entry tickets are available now from

Tickets cost from £8, with private tables and booths available from £75 - £250 per party.

Loaded is open 10pm until 3am with a strictly over 18s venue and adopts an over 25 challenge policy.
