Children took time out of classes to remember those who gave their lives fighting for our country.

Pupils at Ayschoughfee Hall School, Spalding, held a special Remembrance assembly, which parents were invited to, where a roll of honour was read by house captains from the Spalding memorial.

Year two children remembered each soldier with an individual cross.

Later in the day the children visited the memorial in Ayscoughfee Gardens to pay their respects to those killed during pastwars.
