TV star Matt Baker, host of The One Show, is bringing a team of six young cyclists to Wyberton, Kirton, Sutterton, Fosdyke and Sutton Bridge next week.

The riders will be arriving in the area aboard a rickshaw on Wednesday, November 16, to raise money for Children in Need.

Each of the youngsters have benefited from Children In Need-funded projects and they are part of a 470-mile Rickshaw Challenge along Britain’s East Coast.

Since it began in 2011, the Rickshaw Challenge has raised more than £12 million for Children in Need, with more than £4 million raised last year.

You can help this year’s event by turning out to cheer Matt and the team, along with making a £5 or £10 donation by texting TEAM to 70405 to donate a fiver and TEAM to 70410 to give a tenner.
