The Callum Pite Smile Chairty was established last year after Pinchbeck-born teenager Callum lost his two-and-a half year battle against a rare form of bone cancer.

The charity supports children and their families affected by the same condition, supplying medical equipment to local facilities and fulfilling the wishes of terminally ill patients.

Event organisor Nigel Stevens said: “It’s like a mini-carnival. We are hoping to expand in the future and get more stalls involved. It’s been very successful and we’re already experimenting with where to go next.”
