More than 200 representatives of businesses across South Holland help celebrate the innovation, quality and service of companies across the district.
The fourth annual South Holland Business Awards, held at the Springfield’s Events and Conference Centre in Spalding, was a spectacular sell out.
Guests enjoyed a sparkling drinks reception upon arrival, a delightful three course meal, live entertainment and of course, the award ceremony itself.
Phil Scarlett, area president for the Spalding and District Chamber of Commerce, said: “This area is full of talent and excellent service, and these awards provide a platform to recognise such work.
“The talent is so diverse that judging was notably challenging.
“After short listing four names for one of the categories, the judges found it difficult to decide as each one was worthy in their own right. As such, one category in particular received multiple winners.”
Joe Verde, chief executive of PSP IT, the headline sponsor, said: “It is most encouraging to see different faces and industries participating, and as local business continues to thrive we hope this will continue.”
Melvyn Prior, presenter from BBC Radio Lincolnshire kick-started the evening’s celebrations,
