Act II Theatre Company are giving us a second slice of Terry Pratchett Discworld magic.

Following on from their production of Maskerade last October, the drama group is performing Carpe Jugulum at Ayscoughfee Hall Museum in Spalding from Wednesday to Saturday, March 9-12 (7.30pm).

Granny Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg and Agnes Nitt have returned, and this time have ‘vampyres’ to contend with to save the kingdom of Lancre.

Director Karl Gernert said: “It has been a really interesting experience to stage two shows set in the same world with some of the same characters.”

The show runs every night. Tickets are £9.50/£8 from the museum or 01775 764555.
