The older children at Long Sutton Primary School had a great day learning about what they might do in the future at the school’s first careers day.
Through the charity Founders4schools, pupils met people who had set up their own businesses in technology, data and agriculture.
John Hayes MP talked to the children about going the extra mile and doing something which makes a difference in the world.
In the afternoon, the children toured a range of workshops run by people in the health service, the fire service, construction and even a London barrister.
Year 4 children worked with an ex-pupil and well-known illustrator, Roger Mason.
