A SPALDING coffee shop has been granted an alcohol licence.
Rafael’s in Westlode Street was given permission to sell booze until 12.30am, seven days a week, by South Holland District Council licensing panel yesterday.
The cafe, which has just four tables and 16 chairs, withdrew an application for permission to play live and recorded music.
The licence allows them to sell alcohol for consumption inside the premises. Any drinks for consumption off the premises must be sold in sealed containers.
