Staff at Pygott and Crone in Spalding can rightfully claim to be the best estate agents in the East Midlands after winning a prestigious award.

The firm which has offices in Bridge Street, as well as six other towns and cities in Lincolnshire, won Best Agent East Midlands at the Relocation Agent Network Awards in London.

Criteria such as customer satisfaction, strong market share and a proven record of helping homebuyers move in and out of the Lincolnshire area were used to judge the award which was presented by comedian and TV star Dara O’Briain.

Lewis Brooks, office manager of Pygott and Crone in Spalding, said: “We do as much as we can to support Relocation Agent Network, made up of independent estate agents across Great Britain, throughout the year and it’s something we work very hard on.

“It’s the second year in a row that we’ve won the award so we’re very pleased, knowing the hard work we’ve put in.”

Pygott and Crone has been operating in the property industry for almost 25 years and has twice been named Best Midlands Estate Agent for providing services to the agricultural, commercial and professional sectors.

Richard Tucker, managing director of Relocation Agent Network, said: “Pygott and Crone’s outstanding customer service, independent business initiatives, market share and commitment to our principles means that this award is thoroughly deserved.”
