Ex-Spalding Grammar School student Matthew Tyrell (18) has helped training firm Steadfast reach a landmark in its nine-year history.
Matthew, from Spalding, is the 500th Young Apprentice from Steadfast and he has now joined Roythornes Solicitors, Pinchbeck, on a business administration apprenticeship. “I am pleased to be undertaking an apprenticeship at a solicitors with a good reputation, to help improve my employment opportunities in the future, whilst getting paid to learn,” Matthew said.
“The support I’ve received from Steadfast Vocational Training Ltd has been great and they have guided me through every step of the apprenticeship programme with a friendly and professional nature.”
Steadfast Training managing director Jason Parnell said: “We have grown significantly in the last 18 months, based on our reputation for quality which was reinforced through our latest good Ofsted report and our retention of the prestigious Matrix Standard for information, advice and guidances services.”
