A CROWLAND company’s new “flagship” crane made its maiden outing to help unload a ship at Port Sutton Bridge.

The new crane means the line-up offered by Crowland Cranes rental division is the biggest in Lincolnshire and across the whole of East Anglia.

Managing director Pete Issitt said: “The new crane is part of our continued investment, proving that steady development and growth can be maintained in a financially restricted world.”

The crane, a Tadano Faun ATF220G-5, has a maximum 220-ton lifting capacity and can lift loads to a height of 110 metres.
