The newly re-organised management team will work with Lark Energy’s non-executive directors Karl Hick (CEO of parent company The Larkfleet Group of Companies) and Helen Hick (group HR director).
Mr Adams said: “These new appointments will provide us with a senior team well placed to deliver the company’s diversification plans and to deal with the delivery of subsidy-free solar and embedded power generation projects thoughout the UK, Ireland and North America.”
In addition to a significant number of tenders in the pipeline and several large projects under way, Lark Energy has now also entered a partner agreement with an energy broker which enables it to offer significant savings to clients on their gas and electricity bills.
