Jobseekers looking for work in the industrial, commercial and transport are promised an “honest, quality service” from a new employment firm in Spalding.

Unique Employment Services Ltd, based at Welland Workspace, Pinchbeck Road, opened in June and has built up a growing client list of businesses that can offer temporary and permament posts as drivers, warehouse workers, labourers and office staff.

Branch manager Adrian Ormes said: “We were established as a company in 1998 and our directors have huge amounts of experience in the recruitment industry.

“The predominant core of our business is temporary labour for the industrial sector, including food and factory production, warehousing and drivers from classes one and two through to larger vans.

“We also deal with a lot of horticultural firms in this area and we’re getting a lot of positive feedback from the clients we’ve been visiting so far.”

Adrian, who lives in Whaplode, is assisted by business development consultant Michaela Posnett from Spalding.

“We have a lot of experience in providing temporary labour in South Holland and we have a lot of contacts here,” Adrian said.

“Our emphasis is on quality of service, so we visit clients regularly to ask them how our temporary workers and we are performing.

“We’re looking to offer an honest, quality service to both our clients and our workers.”
