Sponsors for the six South Holland Business Award categories are almost in place and firms are coming forward to exhibit at the event.
But the two keys to success of the day at Springfields Events and Conference Centre on November 20 are South Holland firms registering to attend and entering in up to three of the six categories to be decided.
Awards are up for grabs for the best business of 2013, best apprentice, customer care, business innovation, supporting the community and best use of IT and communication.
But there are less than two weeks left to enter the competition, with the closing date for firms to show their interest on Monday September 23.
Phil Scarlett, president of Spalding and District Chamber of Commerce, said: “There are four aspects to the Enterprise Day and Business Awards.
“The awards themselves, sponsorship of each award category, exhibitors and delegates at the event.
“Spalding Chamber is delighted to be part of this event to showcase the very best of South Holland’s businesses and I’m looking for 250 of them to be there.”
The Spalding Guardian and Lincolnshire Free Press is backing the event and for more details, go to www.spaldingareachamber.co.uk
