Soups, shakes and snacks are part of a diet that could be the secret to losing weight, according to a new consultancy opening in Pinchbeck.
Charlotte Kebbell and Dan Reynolds aim to serve South Holland and the Deepings with their Cambridge Weight Plan consultancy at an office on Cecil Francis Business Park, Bear Lane, Pinchbeck.
The consultancy works by a combination of one-to-one meetings, either in your own home or at the office, and selling a range of products related to the weight plan such as chicken and mushroom soup, strawberry silk milkshake, chocolate bars and apple and cinnamon porridge.
Dan, who lives near King’s Lynn, said: “We both have our own separate businesses but we’ve decided to team up and promote the Cambridge Weight Plan which has been going for 30 years.
“It has all been medically proven, first used on super-obese people who were patients in hospital, and the diet is based on skimmed milk.
“There are six different steps, starting from eating three or four Cambridge Weight Plan products a day, through to eating one weight plan product and three meals a day.”
Charlotte, a food technology and nutrition graduate from West Pinchbeck, said: “We realised there was no one in this area who was running the Cambridge diet and now we’re only a phone call away for people.”
