College bosses want 20 catering apprentices to work at the new restaurant in Red Lion Quarter.
The £6.5million development, in Red Lion Street, should be finished this month ahead of a planned March opening and will house a food court for producers, education rooms for the college and a restaurant - to be called Sage.
Apprentices will be able to sharpen up their culinary skills at the restaurant, by trying out the techniques they learn in classes and Boston College will pay the team £92.50 per week.
