Customer Care Award - Offering the personal touch
Action Home Care beat off the challenge of more than 50 other businesses in the highly competitive customer care category.
The Long Sutton business took home the first prize for the quality of care that it offers to its patients and was praised for its personal approach, with every user being known by name and receiving regular visits from a manager.
Proprietor Melanie Spiller said: "We were just so pleased to be in the final three.
"That was really something but to win was just great.
"We have a great team of girls and they all put in lots of hard work and long hours behind the scenes and the key to our success is determination.
"We bend over backwards to keep our clients happy and this shows that all our hard work has paid off."
The award was sponsored by property consultants Brown and Co.
