Spalding’s South Holland Centre is celebrating a bumper attendance for its panto, Snow White, with almost 10,300 people seeing the show.

Audience numbers were up by 885 on the previous year.
Sally Harrison, the centre’s general manager, said: “I think it’s down to the growing reputation of the panto and people feeling financially a little better off.”
She said attendance by schools was also up on last year
Members of Sutton Bridge Youth Club and their leaders were among those boosting the numbers, travelling to Spalding on Holbeach and District Community Minibus and in a seven-seater car.
Their matinee outing finished with a fast-food treat at McDonald’s at Long Sutton.
