Noël Coward’s Blithe Spirit is being performed by St Nicolas Players in Spalding until Saturday.

The comic play is set in the 1940s and Sue Ryder Vintage and Retro at Peterborough has loaned costumes and props to lend authenticity to the production.

In return, there will be a collection by volunteers from the Sue Ryder charity shop in Spalding during the interval.

The play is about socialite and novelist Charles Condomine, who invited eccentric medium and clairvoyant Madame Arcati to his house to conduct a seance, with disastrous results.

It’s at South Holland Centre in Spalding every day until Saturday (7.30pm). Tickets are £12 or £10 concessions.
