ABOUT 80 punters had a bit of a flutter on the gee gees at a fun race night in Moulton.

The event was organised by Spalding and District Young Farmers group, who said the night was a great success.

It is not yet known how much money was raised on the evening, but the proceeds will go towards club funds.

Treasurer Will Tyrrell said: “We were really pleased with how it went.

“It was a fun night. People had the chance to bet on the races and sit down for a ploughman’s supper.”
