FUNDRAISERS have handed over £780 to charity after holding an auction in Spalding.

Nicola Fairbanks, of Park Road, decided to give the proceeds of the auction, which was held at the Ivo Day Centre in November, to Epilepsy Action.

The auction was held with thanks to donations from the community and was run by auctioneer Wally Green.

It was the second event in aid of the charity organised by Nicola, who has epilepsy herself.

She has worked to control the condition for the last 21 years and has previously tried to set up a support group in Spalding.

Nicola has held other fundraising events in aid of Epilepsy Action in the past including a Halloween Disco. Her donations have reached £1,708.20.
