Youngsters put on a show to remember at Weston Hills Primary School.

The whole school production was based on Alice in Wonderland and packed audiences of parents, grandparents, governors and friends saw three performances of the show – with the two evening events being total sell-outs.

The play was produced by drama teacher Karl Gernert and included a twist on the original tale – it was set to music from the 1960s.

School bursar Heather Pocklington said: “The cast did a wonderful job and it was a very enjoyable two days for all concerned.”
