1 – David and Sylvia Spinks are pictured with their hand-made windmills and planters at a drive sale in Sutton St James on Saturday, June 11. Several households took part in the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance fundraiser and there were also stalls in the village hall. (SG110715-100TW)

2 – Holbeach All Saints Church held a drumming workshop on Saturday, July 11. Marl Lloyd and Paul Langley of the Nottingham group of Psalm Drummers led the two-hour session for six to 16-year-olds. (SG110715-106TW)

3 – Gosberton Clough Centenary Methodist Church was packed for its 8Oth anniversary, where a Songs of Praise was held on the Saturday evening, followed by a strawberry supper. The celebrations continued on Sundaywith a service led by Captain Paul Whitley and tea. 4 – A craft fair was held at Deepings Shopping Centre on the Sunday. A selection of unique, handmade crafts were on sale and traders were on hand to demonstrate crafts, giving shoppers the chance to learn a new hobby. Two more fairs are planned for 2015 – in October and a Christmas market in December. 5 – The Deeping Forget Me Not Club enjoyed a lovely afternoon at Spalding Golf Club to celebrate 30 years. Some 61 members enjoyed a roast lunch and desserts on Sunday, July 12. A celebration cake was cut my longest serving member Joyce Webster (26 years) and oldest member Micki Roberts (90). 6 – On the same day a coffee and strawberries fundraising morning for Marie Curie was held at the home of Lorna Webb in Pinchbeck. There were also stalls selling cakes, preserves, plants and vegetables, and a raffle. Lorna is pictured with helpers Ann Cooper, Jean Hill, Susan Waring, Helen Fletcher, Brenda Robinson, Carole Pates and Janet Darlington. (SG140715-101TW)

7 – Banners made for Holbeach All Saints Church by pupils from Holbeach Primary Academy and William Stukeley Primary were dedicated by the Bishop of Lincoln Christopher Lowson after a special schools service on Tuesday, July 14.
