Mystery surrounds the identity of a high profile motor trader which is soon moving to Pinchbeck.
The company signed a pre-lease agreement for three units at Wardentree Business Park prior to their construction.

Work on the units will start in the next few weeks with the company probably moving in later this year.

A spokesman for Savills Commercial Property Consultants, which is marketing the units with Brown and Co, said he was unable to disclose the company's name because of a confidentiality agreement.

Nine units remain and interested parties can get in touch with Savills on 0115 934 8050.

The units range in size from 2,000 to 2,585 sq ft and are available for freehold purchase starting at £172,500.

They are available to let and will present the chance to operate alongside businesses such as Hampsons Van Hire, Travis Perkins and Jewsons.
