Donington recruitment company Integrity Plus and Spalding-based school meal provider Food 4 Thought were the runners-up in the award, which was sponsored by Business Link.
Integrity Plus, which was a runner-up in this category last year, supplies temporary staff and recruits permanent employees.

Food 4 Thought, which is managed by Caroline Clark, provides and delivers hot nutritious lunches to primary schools throughout the district.
