THREE bright orange lights were seen hovering above Spalding last night.
Mystery surrounds the origins of the glowing orbs which were seen by Crowland man Phil Jesney as he drove from Tallington to Market Deeping at around 9.20pm.

Puzzled Phil and his fellow travellers said the lights appeared in sequence and flashed on and off three times for a period of 20 seconds.

Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre has confirmed it did not have any events or spotlights on at that time leaving spectators pondering a supernatural or alien explanation.

Did you see the lights? Contact reporter Kate Chapman on 01775 765415.
