ST Nicolas Players will be bringing another hit play, Blood Brothers, to the South Holland Centre stage next week.
Fast moving and perceptive, the play is by well-known author of Educating Rita, Willy Russell.
A thought provoking, funny but ultimately tragic story tells the tale of twin brothers, born into a poor working-class family, separated at birth after their mother gives one of them up to her wealthy middle-class employer.
The birth mother is determined the two boys should never meet but fate intervenes. The brothers, Eddie and Mickey, unwittingly do meet, grow up as neighbours and ironically swear to become blood brothers. However, when the pair fall for the same girl, tragedy strikes.
Performances tomorrow (Wednesday) until Saturday at 7.30pm, to book tickets contact the box office on 01775 764777.
