Sutton Bridge pupils say Happy Birthday Bakkavor

The directors at Bakkavor received a very special birthday card for the company’s 30th anniversary.

All the pupils at Sutton Bridge Westmere Primary School took part in a competition to design a birthday card to celebrate Bakkavor’s 30th birthday.

One winner from each class receive a £10 Amazon voucher and the overall winner also received a Kindle Fire.

The winning card, which was created by Rachel Preen in Year 6, was made into an actual card and sent to Bakkavor’s board of directors.

Assistant headteacher Sally Massey said: “Well done to all of the children who took part. There were lots of amazing entries.”

Winners were: China Class – Caitlin Lanaghan, Japan Class – Alexus-Jo Jobling, Australia Class – Imogen Neal, Italy Class – Max Close, France Class – Charlotte Stebbings, Brazil Class – Tyla Walker, Mexico Class – Latisha Dube-Bunn, Canada Class – Taylor Merrison, USA Class – Aimee-Rain Butcher, and Spain Class – Rachel Preen.
