Spalding High School in 2004

Spalding High School students were celebrating an excellent academic year in 2004.

The school’s headmaster Tim Clark paid tribute to students for achieving the top grades in history at an awards ceremony.

More than 60 per cent of students had achieved A and B grades in their A-Levels, 14 students achieved three As, and four gained four As.

In their AS-Levels, a quarter of pupils achieved at least three A grades, while in GCSE exams 53 per cent of girls gained either an A or A* and 90 girls received five A grades each or better.
