Valentine gig for 60s faves Sounds Force 5

SOUNDS Force 5, Spalding’s reunited 60s band is back at Springfields Events Centre’s marquee room on Friday with an all-star 60s Valentine’s Dance.

Joining the boys on stage will be top soul singer Sylvester Gold, who has proved to be a hit with the band at its recent South Holland Centre and Key Theatre dates.

Drummer Colin Ward said: “There’s a tremendous number of soul fans around and we know how popular it was in the 60s. Sylvester is one of the best around and he brings some great numbers to the show from James Brown to Wilson Pickett.”

Tickets can be obtained from Live Promotions on 01775 768661, priced at £25 each, which includes a basket meal. There will also be a 60s disco. Doors open at 7pm.
