Time is running out to place silent bids on the grand, three-storey Victorian doll’s house that is being auctioned in aid of a charity supporting sufferers of Parkinson’s disease.

The house was made by Tim Langford, of Horse Fayre, Spalding, because he wanted to raise funds for the charity following the death of his father-in-law, Jim Rutledge, from the disease.

It has taken him around 120 hours to make and Tim is hoping someone might like it as a very special Christmas present for themselves or someone else.

The house was Tim’s final fundraising effort in a year that has seen him raise well over £6,000 for the charity.

The house can be viewed and bids made at Hills Furniture Store in Spalding.
