Will the extra charge for swimming, levied on the schoolchildren, make the pool any cleaner? I doubt it.
According to your report (Lincolnshire Free Press, April 7), it was commented that "the extra revenue from the increase will be passed on to pool managers, saving the council £20,000 in management fees".

So does that mean that over the next year (because I am sure the fee will rise again next April) Leisure Connection will gain £20,000 in revenue from the schoolchildren in South Holland?

Or have I not understood correctly?
