A Deeping St Nicholas farm has been honoured for its commitment to the environment by winning three prestigious awards.
Vine House Farm won its class (0-1100 acres) in Countryside Management and the Supreme Countyside Management award for all classes at the East of England Agricultural Farm Business Awards at the East of England Show last month.
It was also the recipient of a Special Enterprise Award for its achievements in producing and marketing its own brand of bird seed for wild birds.
The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements and skills of local farm businesses and encourages farms detailing their environmental practices.
Mr Watts, of Vine House Farm, said: "The awards encompass counties like Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire so it was quite a big scoop for us and we were very pleased indeed."
Among the other South Lincolnshire winners was CS Gent & Son, of Ashlea Farm, Sutton St Edmund, who were also the recipients of a Special Enterprise Award for their free range chicken operation.
