JOIN OUR GROT SPOT CAMPAIGN Vivienne Scupham responded by nominating the area around the footbridge between Green Lane and St John's Road, Spalding, and said she believes the lack of litter bins contributes to the problem.

She said: "Most mornings on my way to collect my newspaper I pick up items of rubbish but you can't do it all and we have rubbish collectors anyway."
