DADS can celebrate Father's Day with a plethora of vehicle-related fun in two events this weekend.
l The 15th annual Holbeach Vintage Rally takes place on Saturday and Sunday, themed on the single furrow plough.

The event will feature hundreds of interesting and historical vehicles at JH and AJ King’s Barrington House Farm, in Holbeach from 10am.

Aside from the usual vintage tractors, classic cars and motorbikes, stationary engines and steam engines and commercial vehicles, there will be a fun fair and egg-catching competitions, together with a variety of trade stands.

A disco and live band has been arranged for Saturday evening, while entertainments on Sunday include a performance from Spalding Marching Ambassador Band and water games for the children with Holbeach Fire Brigade.

l Peterborough and Spalding Gliding Club is planning to get flight fans up in the air at an open day on Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

As well as the gliders, stalls and various other attractions, it is hoped there will also be hot air balloons and helicopters for people to admire, although these will not be flying.

The club can be found at St Guthlacs Lodge off the A1073. For more information contact Gary on 07832 127878.
