Two dance performances come to Spalding's South Holland Centre this week.
  • Highly acclaimed European Ballet returns to Spalding after a sellout performance of Coppelia last year to present The Sleeping Beauty tomorrow.

Directed by Stanislav Tchassov, former principal dancer of The Bolshoi Ballet, this exciting and dynamic company of international dancers (from Russia, France, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain and the UK) has endeared itself to audiences and critics for a commitment to excellent artistic standards and the dedication and energy of its talented dancers.

    The shows begin at 4.30pm and 8pm and tickets cost £12 (£11 concessions/£9 under-16s).

  • On Saturday Mosaic Arabian Dance Network UK brings Oriental fantasy show Talisman from Berlin to the centre at 8pm.

With a potpourri of moods, colors and emotions, dancers Beata and Horacio Cifuentes will take the audience to a world of happiness where the joyful memory of an exciting evening will serve as a talisman in daily life.

The audience will see symbols of life reminiscent of ancient Egypt and other old cultures, rituals and dances of classical Oriental and folkloric background with romance and some wicked comedy.
Tickets cost £15 or £12.50 for members.
