Fancy dress fundraisers enjoyed an action-packed day to help buy equipment for their school.
Pupils at Bicker Preparatory School swapped their uniforms for cowboy hats and pirate outfits as they dressed up as heroes and heroines to help equip the school's new nursery play area.

Upper school children turned into a variety of personalities, including Ginger Spice, Avril Lavigne and Elvis.

The pupils also completed an obstacle course made up of hoops, hurdles and benches.

The nursery school organised a sponsored walk around the school garden while dressed up in rainbow colours.

The day was rounded off with a dancing competition and the pupils are now busy collecting their sponsorship money.
